Featuring diamond double pre-milling and intelligent glue control system, it delivers seamless edge finishing for aluminum honeycomb panels, custom cabinetry, and mass furniture production. CE-certified construction ensures stable operation in -20°C to 50°C environments.

The support bracket behind the edge banding machine is available in two configurations: sliding type and fixed type, allowing flexible selection based on your factory's spatial constraints for optimal workflow adaptation.

This edge banding machine is equipped with two glue pots: a standard glue pot and a PUR glue pot. Customers can freely choose glue of various colors and types according to their specific requirements.

The feeding direction of this edge banding machine can be switched between left and right (customization is accepted). 

The pre-milling function utilizes diamond milling cutters. These cutters have a long service life, can achieve excellent processing results, and will not produce burrs.

This edge banding machine is equipped with two polishing wheels and has a glue line cleaning system both at the front and the back. Machine with R-corner trimming function
